"Chris" is truly a once in a lifetime find.  This gelding is beautifully bred with a pedigree that more than speaks for itself, including Brother Heathen (APHA Champion, 2x Reserve World Champion, Earner of Performance Versatility Award, Superior All-Around, 4X Superiors and 477 Total Points) and many more with equally impressive records.  This horse is bred to be a champion, but the best thing about him is his level head, sweet personality and kind eye!  "Chris" is 15.1 and STILL GROWING...full brother is 16 hands and built like a tank.  This guy still has quite a bit of "filling out" to do!

At just shy of 4 years old, "Chris" is already way ahead of the game.  Started when he was 2, he has spent the last two years being ridden.  "Chris" has had 60 days of pro training at Dawn Walkers, and has been heavily schooled from that point forward.  He has all the basic foundation principles that any performance horse should have, including a ground covering walk:

This guy could truly be one KILLER performance horse...big bodied enough for the roping pen, agile enough to work a cow, and balanced enough to run one amazing reining pattern.  "Chris" is currently coming back from having a few months off, and though he is slightly rusty, he should be back to loping circles, stopping off of the seat, and doing mini spins in no time!  He's great off of the leg, bends nicely and has extremely comfortable gaits!  Additionally, "Chris" is on his way to collecting and setting his head, and with a little more work would be a true SHOW STOPPER in Western Pleasure:

 To top it all off, "Chris" has one of the sweetest personalities of any horse you'll ever meet.  He's not "spooky", handles himself well on the trail (has been ridden over bridges, railroad tracks, streets, water crossings, etc.), and doesn't mind having a rope swung off of him, under him, around him, etc.  He's also been ridden by a 7 year old and has had buckets and logs dragged off of him.  With a little more work, "Chris" could be an amazing Junior or Amature prospect.

When it comes to trailering, this horse has it covered.  He's been trailered over 1000 miles in the passed year and a half!  He also clips, ties beautifully (has been left standing tied for hours without problem), is great for the farrier (just throw the leadrope over the tie rail and he'll stand by himself), loves to be wormed, doesn't mind shots, and is generally very good and uncomplicated on the ground. 

"Chris" could truly go in any direction...show, trail, performance, roping, parades, or even high school rodeo.  If you want the true SHOCK AND AWE factor, "Chris" is the horse for you!
